From January 1st to January 5th, we drove nearly 5,000 miles across the country to attend five Jefferson's restaurants.  We took Interstate 40 for a majority of the trip, though we also took Interstate 24, Interstate 70, Interstate 35, Interstate 10, and Interstate 8.  Below is a list of the notable cities that we drove through on the way:
